(Senior) Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d)

Your mission

At Vamo, our mission is to bring the new era of heating into the home. To achieve this, we connect modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly heat pumps across Germany with our HeatFleet and the Vamo App for end customers. We rely on modern technologies, digital processes, and a strong team. Our automations are built by an interdisciplinary team of Developers, Integration & Automation Engineers, and Product Managers.

To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for you as a Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d) in the HeatOS team to optimize the Salesforce platform and collaboratively implement tailored solutions with the team, thus taking our processes and user experience to the next level.

Taks

Management, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our Salesforce instance.
Implementation of adaptations and incremental improvements to support existing functions.
Handling of requests and issues within the scope of first-level support.
Analysis of requirements from business departments and development of suitable solutions in close collaboration with the Tech Team.
Documentation of changes and technical processes to ensure transparency and traceability.
Implementation of sprint tasks, which are coordinated and prioritized together with the Technical Lead and the Project Manager.
Ensuring data quality and consistency, as well as performing simple data migrations.
Support in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and automations.
Training and support of end-users on the Salesforce platform.

Your profile

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
Profound knowledge of the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales & Service), and ideally also in JustOn, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
Experience in dealing with Change Management processes in Salesforce, ideally with Gearset, and a high sense of responsibility for adhering to defined development and deployment guidelines.
Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
A structured and diligent approach to work with an eye for detail – especially when implementing and documenting technical changes.
You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented work approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German language skills at B1/2 level for end-user support.

Bei Vamo ist es unsere Mission, die neue Ära des Heizens nach Hause zu bringen. Dazu vernetzen wir deutschlandweit moderne, effiziente umweltfreundliche Wärmepumpen mit unserer HeatFleet und der Vamo App für Endkunden. Wir setzen auf moderne Technologien, digitale Prozesse und ein starkes Team, unsere Automatisierungen werden von einem interdisziplinären Team von Entwicklern, Integration & Automation Engineer & Produktmanagern gebaut.

Um unser Wachstum weiter zu beschleunigen, suchen wir dich als Salesforce Administrator:in im HeatOS-Team, um die Salesforce-Plattform zu optimieren, und gemeinsam mit dem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu implementieren, so dass wir unsere Prozesse und User-Experience auf das nächste Level heben.

Aufgaben:

Verwaltung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Salesforce-Instanz
Umsetzung von Anpassungen und inkrementeller Verbesserungen zur Unterstützung bestehender Funktionen
Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Problemen im Rahmen des First-Level-Supports
Analyse von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
Dokumentation von Änderungen und technischen Abläufen zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit
Umsetzung von Sprint-Aufgaben, die gemeinsam mit dem Senior Salesforce Administrator und dem Projektmanager abgestimmt und priorisiert werden
Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und -konsistenz sowie Durchführung einfacher Datenmigrationen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Reports, Dashboards und Automatisierungen
Schulung und Support der Endanwender in der Salesforce-Plattform

Dein Profil

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration und Konfiguration von Salesforce
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales & Service), optimalerweise auch in JustOn, Experience Cloud und Field Service
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Change-Management-Prozessen in Salesforce, idealerweise mit Gearset, und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Einhaltung definierter Entwicklungs- und Deployment-Richtlinien
Kenntnisse in Apex und Lightning Web Components sind von Vorteil
Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick fürs Detail – insbesondere bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation technischer Änderungen
Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sowie Deutschkenntnisse auf B1/2-Niveau für den Endanwendersupport.
